At the moment, delivery is performed only in Yerevan. Delivery will be soon available in regions as well. Further information about it will be provided. The cost of delivery for purchases worth up to 100.000 AMD is 1.000 AMD and the cost of delivery for purchases over 100.000 is 5.000 AMD. It is necessary to check the item and its quantity upon receiving it and sign the invoice. If the payment for the item has already been made, the item is handed over to the customer personally. In this case a passport or an ID card may be required. Legal entities are provided with an invoice that should be stamped or approved electronically. The courier has the right not to hand the item over if any of the above-mentioned conditions haven’t been met or the payment hasn’t been made.

Delivery is made within 3 working days after placing the order.

Returns for online purchases

We want to make your online shopping experience enjoyable and we are ready to take any purchased items back within 14 calendar days no matter what the reason of return is.  Just contact the operator at +374 91 703340. Once you have processed the return, you can visit any of our stores to return the item.

When returning the item, it is necessary to provide the invoice and the documents mentioned in it, for example cash register receipt, warranty card, etc.

Dear customers, due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Pillows

• Covers (blanket)

• Bed linens

• Mattresses

• Mattress covers

• Towels

• Bathrobes

• Slippers

• Socks

It is necessary to return the item unused with the original packaging and stamps. After returning the item, your money will be refunded by using the original payment method. The return policy does not apply to purchases made by legal entities.
